Hopefully by now you’ve had a chance to explore our new-look website and have a reasonably good idea of what The Ideas Factory is about. Now we want to hear what you think!

We would love for you to complete our very short and anonymous survey. You can write as little or as much as you like - venting is more than welcome, because if we don’t know what you want then we can’t help!

In particular we would like to know:

What functions/capabilities would you like from the site?

What do you believe could improve the local arts community?

What sort of topics or advice would you like to receive, or would like to see covered in training/talks/workshops? What would be beneficial to you as an artist and help you sell/exhibit your work successfully?

…and any other comments, suggestions, requests or ideas?

Remember: the survey is 100% anonymous, so please say what you think! What is missing in the Poole/Dorset area for artists? What would you like to see more or less of? What’s good about the local arts scene and how could this be improved further?

Please also bear in mind that The Ideas Factory is aimed towards the applied arts and crafts sector so we are particularly interested in thoughts regarding this area.

We really look forward to hearing your responses and hopefully taking as many suggestions, ideas or criticisms on board so that we can work with these. We have close ties with many local arts organisations and would be happy to pass on any popular requests, comments or interesting suggestions to the appropriate people.
